This powder consists of gently dried and finely ground polyporus mushroom. It contains calcium, iron, B vitamins and the vitamin D precursor ergosterol. It also contains the trace elements copper, manganese and zinc as well as polypeptides and polysaccharides. Practical and simple.
Recommended consumption:
- Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of mushroom powder to plenty of liquid daily and drink.
