Lactobac Multistamm combines probiotics with prebiotics.

Probiotics are living microorganisms. These capsules contain 10 different strains of probiotics, with a total of approx. 30 billion living bacteria.
Algae calcium from red algae and organic acacia fibre are also included in the capsules and are prebiotics. Known for their high-quality dietary fibre, they serve as a food source for the microorganisms.

The following probiotic bacterial strains are included in Lactobac Multistrain:

Bifidobacterium: animalis lactis, breve, bifidum, longum
Lactobacillus: acidophilus, helveticus, reuteri, casei, plantarum, rhamnosus

Recommended use:

take 1 capsule 2 times daily with sufficient liquid.
