Description
The acid-free, hypotonic sports drink is the perfect addition to any endurance training. The powder is very mildly flavoured and consists of short and long-chain carbohydrates. As an addition, the Long Energy protein powder with 5% protein content is supplemented by the five main electrolytes sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Application:
- Suitable for before, during and after exercise.
- Drink approx. 0.5 - 1 litre per hour, depending on how thirsty you are and how much you lose sweat.
- If the energy requirement is very high, the concentration can be increased to 100-120 g powder per litre.
Preparation:
Dissolve 4-5 measuring spoons in 750-1000 ml of water.
