Description
Di-indolyl-methane (DIM) is produced naturally in the digestion of broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and other vegetables, which are natural sources of indole-3-carbinol.
- Therefore, DIM is sometimes referred to as an "active form" of indole-3-carbinol.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water.
