Application:

• Mix the AktivLehm clay with boiling water. Allow to cool to a temperature of 40°C. Blend until a paste is formed.
• The addition of 5 - 9 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil and 1 tbsp of avocado oil has proven to be the best ratio for a foot mask.
• Store tightly closed in a glass, clay or wooden container- do not use a metal container!
• When stored tightly closed, the foot mask can last up to 1 year. Please pay attention to hygiene when using the product!
• Apply the paste to affected areas of the skin and remove by flaking off the paste once it has dried. Wash feet thoroughly thereafter.
• It is advised to use the foot mask every 3 - 4 days. After 2-3 weeks you should see a difference.
• Use the mask every 10 - 14 days as a preventative measure.
