Description
The Salt & Electrolytes capsules by Saltolyte contain salt and many important minerals like magnesium, iron, zinc and calcium, as well as vitamin D3. This recipe was specially developed for intensive training sessions, exercising in high temperatures or competitions. The bioavailable capsules are tasteless, vegetarian, and gluten, lactose and fructose free.
The capsules can be combined with sports drinks or gels. They can be taken simply with water, do not leave a salty aftertaste, and are easy to take on the go.
Recommended use:
- Swallow one capsule at intervals of 30 to 60 minutes with a little water. Alternatively, you can drink the contents dissolved in liquid.
- Please note: During sustained physical exertion, take up to a maximum of 15 capsules daily.
