Description
The Rhodiola rosea (rose root) is a very robust plant that grows mainly in poor soils and in cold climates. It can also thrive in difficult growing conditions in arctic and mountainous areas. In addition, the capsules are enriched with vitamin C from the acerola cherry.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with plenty of liquid.
