Description

The Pure Encapsulations® Sleep Formula combines selected micronutrients with lemon balm extract. In addition, the nutrient complex contains vitamin B, magnesium and zinc as well as the amino acids L-tryptophan and glycine.

Recommended use:

  • Take 2 capsules twice a day before going to bed.
