Description
The Pure Encapsulations® Iron Complex contains a highly bioavailable form of iron (from ferric glycinate) and plant-based iron from the "phytavail complex", which is extracted from brown mustard (Brassica juncea). This specially cultivated mustard is rich in natural iron.
- The Iron Complex also contains copper, vitamins A and C, vitamins B2, B6 and B12 as well as folate and Bioperine®
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule daily with or between meals.
