Vitamin complex with all 8 B vitamins
- The 8 B vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cobalamin), biotin, folic acid (folate), niacin and pantothenic acid are combined under the term "B-complex" and complement each other in their functions.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal.
