Recommended use :
- 1 litre of the electrolyte drink can be drunk every day.
Preparation:
- For one serving, mix 20 ml of concentrate with 480 ml of cold water (5 pumps)
- Mixing ratio 1:24
Recommended use:
- Use after more than 60 minutes of activity
- Drink 200 - 300 ml an hour before exercise
- During exercise, drink 150-200 ml every 15 minutes
