Description
Specially selected and scientifically researched bacterial strains regulate imbalances in the intestine. They multiply and permanently settle in the intestines. In combination with a balanced diet and sufficient exercise, they can increase well-being. Ideal for a feeling of lightness.
Recommended use:
- Stir 1 sachet in 125 ml of water once a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink.
- Take before breakfast or in the evening just before going to bed.
Tips:
- In cases of fructose intolerance, extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes.
- Keep an eye on your calorie intake.
- It is recommended that you increase your caloric needs via exercise.
