Flax Seed Oil Liquid

Flax seed oil (linseed oil) is one of the richest sources of the essential Omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). In addition, it contains significant amounts of Linol acidity (essential Omega-6 fatty acid) and oleic acid (Omega-9 fatty acid). It represents a low-cost source for an well-balanced Omega-fatty acids profile with contents of more than 70% of essential fatty acids and over 90% unsaturated fatty acids.

Essential fatty acids are important for the Prostalglandin synthesis, the hormone production, the immune response, the fat metabolism and the integrity and fluidity of the cells. Alpha-linolenic acid is also anti-inflammatory.

The flax seed oil is extracted using a special cold pressing process of biologically produced flax seed. This reduces the destructive effects of light, oxygen and heat to a minimum.

Flax seed oil promotes general well-being, it can sharpen the perception and help with allergies and inflammation. Its area is diverse and ranges from high blood pressure--lipid disorders, skin problems, fatigue, immune deficiency, depression and arthritis to obesity.

Recommended use: Up to 2 tablespoons daily, preferably with a meal. Flax seed oil can be used as a salad oil, but not for frying. Store bottle in cool place.
