Recommended consumption:
Replace the amount of sugar specified in recipes with 1.2 to 1.4 times the amount of erythritol.
Important information:
- Consumption of foods/drinks containing erythritol instead of sugar contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralisation.
- Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 2 g per kg of body weight, as excess consumption of erythritol can have a laxative effect.
