The Japanese tree fungus Ling Zhi, or as we know it, Reishi, has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. It is widespread in many parts of Asia and is a symbol of wealth and wisdom. Its enormously high amounts of polysaccharides and triterpenes keep amazing researchers. It also has valuable micronutrients such as iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, copper, manganese and germanium.
Recommended use:
