MycoWay Organic Chaga Powder, 200 g

MycoWay's Organic Chaga Powder consists of finely ground, carefully dried chaga mushrooms (Inonotus obliquus), which grow on trees in regions with a cold climate. The gentle processing method preserves the mushroom's natural nutrients. The fine powder is easy to use in your daily routine - simply stir this high-quality natural product into warm drinks, smoothies, or other recipes. Its mild flavour makes it a versatile ingredient in your kitchen.

Directions for use:

• 2–4 g per day (1–2 teaspoons; 1 teaspoon = approx. 2 g)
• The manufacturer recommends taking half the recommended dose for the first few days and gradually increasing it. For best results, take half the dose in the morning and the other half in the evening.
• Stir the powder with water, tea, cocoa, yoghurt, smoothies, etc. and consume quickly.
• The powder should be taken during a meal or at least half an hour after a meal.
• Take the mushroom powder twice a year (spring and autumn) continuously for at least 3-4 weeks and then take a break.
• Take along with vitamin C.
