German title: Alpensegen Oregano

Oregano grows 20 to 70 centimetres high and is a perennial, herb with an unmistakable taste and fragrance. The plant blooms between July and September.

Recommended application:

• Long-term use: take 2-3 x 7 drops a day for 3 to 6 weeks. Take the drops under the tongue. Thereafter, take a 3-4 week break.
• Spray attachment: take up to 5 pumps 3 times a day. Wait 10 minutes before eating or drinking. You can also spray the liquid over your head and deeply inhale it. This type of dosage is recommended for children up to 6 years old. Children should take smaller doses that are appropriate for their ages.
• You can also apply the herbal drops to your stomach, back or elbows, drop into bath water or drink in warm water.
• The drops should be taken neatly or diluted with a little water sublingually. Take before or 30 minutes after eating.
