Psyllium husks have been considered a high-fibre food for centuries. They swell up significantly with water.
Recommended use:
Add between 2 to 3 tablespoons of psyllium husks per day to a glass of water, stir and drink. After taking the psyllium husks, drink 1 additional glass of water.
- Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
- The colour and flavour may vary as it the husks are a natural product subject to seasonal variations.
- Use after opening within 12 weeks.
