Description
The Organic Lupine Flour by Koro is partially defatted and has a high protein content which makes it perfect for making vegan protein shakes.
To make a vegan egg substitute, mix a tablespoon of lupine flour with 30 ml of water, and let it swell for a short time before using.

- are a fantastic alternative to animal protein
- contain an amazing 40 g protein in every 100 g lupine flour
- suitable as an egg substitute and as a binder while baking or as a thickener in soups
