Description
These capsules from KLEAN LABS are a combination of vitamin D3 (Vitashine™ from lichen) with vitamin K2 (K2Vital®). Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and supports the maintenance of normal bones.
Recommended dosage:
1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
Note:
Do not take this supplement at the same time as coumarin-type anticoagulants.
