Klaire Labs Vitamin D3 (1000 I.E.)

These capsules contain natural vitamin D3. The fat-soluble vitamin is mainly produced through exposure to the sun and is therefore difficult to absorb through food. Also perfect for post-menopausal women, the elderly and during the darker seasons.

Consumption recommendation:
