Description
Maxload® combines the three most powerful forms of creatine to form an innovative complex. Additionally, the powder contains essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
Preparation:
- Dissolve one serving (25g) into ¼ - to ½ L of water. Stir well and drink it on an empty stomach if possible.
Recommended use:
- On workout days: Take one serving upon waking up, on an empty stomach and one serving 30 minutes before training.
- On non-training days: Take one serving immediately after waking up, on an empty stomach.
