Description
Pure & Essential Vegan Vitamin D3 is purely plant-based and contains cholecalciferol derived from algae. The tablets are small and easier to swallow than capsules. No salt and perfect for daily use.
Recommended dosage:
Adults: 1-2* tablets per day with liquid.
Children 6 years old onwards: 1 tablet per day with liquid.
*2 tablets are recommended in winter months with reduced sunlight.
