Description
Kala Nimak is a 100% natural rock salt. The black salt is an Indian speciality. Please note that the hydrogen sulphide has a strong odour. Kala Nimak also has a high iron content.
To make the salt, fruits from the Terminalia chebula tree are boiled in a salt solution. This gives the salt a black colour and also the flavour of the fruit
