Description
These softgels are formulated with high-quality fish oil, offering 1000 mg of fish oil per daily dose, including the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA are polyunsaturated fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself and must be obtained through the diet. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.
The formulation also contains vitamin E, which protects the polyunsaturated fatty acids from oxidation, thus preserving the quality of the oils in the softgel capsules. The softgels are easy to swallow.
Recommended intake:
1-4 capsules. Optimal: 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with a meal and plenty of fluids.
