Auricularia auricula-judae is a vital mushroom from China. It is harvested when fully mature, dried and then gently ground into a fine powder. It contains minerals, trace elements, vitamins, iron, magnesium and beta-D-glucans. Food supplements directly from nature.
Recommended intake:
