It has a neutral taste with a consistency that is similar to meat which makes it a great option for vegan meals. Whether cooking or frying, diced jackfruit is sure to delight!
Recipe tip:
- Heat vegetable oil or coconut oil in a pan and sauté the diced jackfruit over medium heat. Stir a few times and season to taste with spices, salt and pepper.
