Raw Organic Brown Millet Seedlings
- Through germination, the inhibitors contained in brown millet are broken down and the carbohydrates are partly converted into easily digestible sugars and broken down into amino acids. The germination further improves the outstanding characteristics of the brown millet. The vitamin content is increased four to six times in the germination stage, and the mineral and trace substance content and the valuable monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids increase.
- The brown millet seedlings are dried at 35 ° C and have raw food quality. This ensures that the valuable vitamin complexes that are formed during germination are fully preserved. Its taste is a nutty, mildly spicy sweetness and reminiscent of cress. Wonderful with spreads, cereals, bread, salads and much more.
