Description
These capsules contain extracts from milk thistle (Silybum marianum), a well-known plant, standardised to 80% silymarin. The formulation is enriched with choline and zinc.
Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and normal fat metabolism. Zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients (protein, fat/fatty acids, carbohydrates) and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Each capsule delivers 200 mg of milk thistle extract.
Recommended dose:
One capsule per day. Swallow the capsule whole with plenty of water, before or during a main meal. Ensure you drink enough fluids throughout the day.
Note:
Do not take this product if you have hypersensitivity or allergy to plants in the Asteraceae family.
