Echinacea purpurea, also known as the coneflower is a plant in the daisy family that is very popular in gardens. Its impressive purple petals slope towards the ground and are easily recognisable from a distance. Most people find the dark red to brown inflorescence just as striking as it is spiky like a hedgehog. The generic name Echinacea, comes from the Greek word echinos = hedgehog.

Recommended use:

• Take 2 capsules 3 times a day before meals with plenty of fluids.
