Description
Enzymedica BeanAssist® has been developed to support the absorption of complex carbohydrates in your daily diet. Many nutrient-dense foods, such as legumes, broccoli, and cabbage, contain resistant starches and polysaccharides that the body finds hard to break down completely. This formulation utilises alpha-galactosidase, a special enzyme, to break down complex carbohydrates into simpler sugars.
Recommended intake:
Take 1-2 capsules with meals, up to 3 times daily if needed. The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
