Description
The special thing about this product is that the raw protein casein offers a long-term supply of essential amino acids.
Casein is a milk protein and is obtained mainly from dairy products.
Directions for use:
1- 2 shakes daily between meals and a shake before bed.
Serving size:
Mix 30 g (approximately corresponds to 2 heaped tablespoons) 100% Pure Casein in 300 - 500 ml skimmed milk, juice or water.
30 g of concentrate mixed with 400 ml of fresh, skimmed milk yields a protein content of about 40 grams.
Tip: Mix 50 g (equivalent to 3 heaped tablespoons) 100% Pure casein in 300 ml of skim or soy milk, in order to enjoy 100% Pure Case as a spoonful meal.
