Description
Yashtimadhu or Glycyrrhiza glabra root is known as liquorice, a durable, herbaceous perennial that can grow up to 2 m high.
In Ayurveda, the rhizome and the fresh root juice are used. The production of this fine and gently milled (below 40 °C) powder of the dried root comes from Indian and Sri Lankan Fairtrade and organic projects.
Recommended Dosage:
- Take a 1/4 dosing cup 2 times a day between meals and with warm water.
- The recommended daily dosage corresponds to 2.5 - 3 g of herbal powder.
