Description

Karela - Momordica charantia - is an annual climber known as bitter melon whose yellow flowers develop cucumber-like, knobbed, slightly curved fruits that are initially green and turn orange-yellow in maturity. The fruits, seeds and leaves are used in the Ayurvedic diet.

Recommended use:

  • Take 1 level measuring scoop with warm water 2 times daily between meals.
