Description
SENIORcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine the trace element zinc with a variety of traditional plant extracts. The formula includes ashwagandha, mandukaparni and tulsi as well as arjuna, turmeric and guggulu. Supplemented by shilajit, amla and the trikatu spices pippali, pepper and ginger.
According to Ayurveda, stabilising the Vata dosha is crucial in the later stages of life. The zinc contained contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress and supports normal cognitive function. The recommended daily dose provides 4 mg of withanolides from ashwagandha and 35 mg of saponins from mandukaparni.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
