Description
The Amalaki fruit is gently dried after harvesting, which guarantees high quality. Amalaki, also called Amla or Indian gooseberry, is known as the "fruit for youth and beauty". It is the most important Rasayana in Ayurveda and also the most popular. The high vitamin C content and its ability to reduce all three doshas justify its excellent reputation while it has five of all six flavours (except for salty).
Recommended dose:
3 capsules daily. This corresponds to a daily consumption of 1,200 mg amalaki extract powder, which contains 480 mg tannins.
