Description
MENcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine plant extracts with the trace element zinc. The formulation contains ashwagandha, gokshura and vidari kanda, as well as extracts of amla, guduchi and shilajit. It has been specially designed to supplement the male diet.
Ayurvedic teaching describes the ingredients in relation to Shukra Dhatu and the balance of the doshas. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, as well as normal fertility and reproduction. The daily recommended dose provides 320 mg of ashwagandha extract with 10 mg of withanolides.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
