Zinc + Vitamin C Bios capsules contain 12mg of zinc in the form of easily usable zinc gluconate and 150mg vitamin C in a cellulose capsule.

Description of raw materials

Due to the organic binding of zinc, zinc gluconate is better tolerated than inorganic zinc compounds.
The vitamin C it contains is produced synthetically and is of pharmaceutical quality.
No colourings or preservatives are used in production.
Colourless cellulose is used as the capsule shell.

Consumption recommendation:
Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day with liquid
