Vitamin B complex + folic acid Bios capsules contain vitamin B1 (as thiamine HCl), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) and folic acid in a hard gelatin capsule.

Consumption recommendation: Adults 1 x 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.

Note: Mannitol can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
