Carnitine is derived from the Latin word "carnis" for meat. L-carnitine is a natural food ingredient and occurs mainly in meat.

The capsules contain 250 mg L-carnitine tartrate per hard gelatin capsule.
The L-carnitine tartrate is made with the help of tartaric acid and ethanol.

Recommended use:

Adults: 2 x 1 capsule daily

Notes:

Diabetics: contains mannitol
Consume in the morning and in the afternoon between meals.
Mannitol can have laxative effects if consumed excessively
Quinoline yellow may affect children's activity and attention
