The hop-valerian capsules by Bios contain 30mg of dry extract of hop cones and 133mg of dry extract of valerian root per capsule. BSE/TSE-tested hard gelatine (pharmaceutical gelatine) is used as the capsule material.

Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 - 2 capsules about 1 hour before going to bed.
