Description
The capsules contain 500 mg of evening primrose oil and 10 mg of vitamin E in a soft gelatin capsule.
- Evening primrose oil is a natural source of unsaturated fatty acids especially linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid.
- In addition, the oil contains important amino acids, minerals, and vitamins, including vitamin E.
- The evening primrose oil capsules contain a clear, yellow oil. The oil is obtained by a physical process from the seeds of the evening primrose plant.
- The oil contains 66-67% linoleic acid and 8-12% gamma-linolenic acid.
- The vitamin E is derived from soy
Recommended use:
- Adults take 1 capsule daily with liquid
