Bios Cinnamon Capsules contain 300mg cinnamon bark extract in a hard gelatin capsule.

Description of Raw Materials

• This raw material is grown in southern China in the Guangxi province.
• The cinnamon bark extract used has an extract ratio of 10:1.
• The cinnamon bark contains essential oil (0.5 - 2.5%) with 42 - 68% cinnamaldehyde and 4 - 10% eugenol, salicylaldehyde, cinnamic acid, polyphenols (flavonoids), mucus (8-11.5%) and starch and sugar.
• The extractant is water so that the essential oils are not dissolved out, in order to stop allergic reactions.
• The coumarin content is harmless.
• The gelatine used in the hard gelatine capsules is BSE/TSE-tested pharmaceutical gelatine.

Consumption recommendation:
Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day with liquid.
