Bios effect hair complex capsules contain 300mg inactive brewer's yeast (45-50% protein), 70mg silica, 46mg L-methionine, 5.02mg zinc in the form of zinc gluconate, 0.33mg copper in the form of copper orotate and 0.05mg biotin in a hard gelatin capsule.

Raw materials:

• Brewer's yeast is made with the help of the mushroom Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
• L-methionine is not of animal origin and is produced synthetically.
• The gelatine used in the hard gelatine capsules is BSE/TSE-tested pharmaceutical gelatine.

Consumption recommendation:
Take 3 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid with meals. A cure-based application for at least 3 months is recommended.
