Description

The Omega-3 Complex by BIOBENE is a combination of marine and plant-based high-dose omega-3 fatty acids. This combination product consists of capsules with cold-water fish oil (blue blister) and capsules with linseed oil (green blister). While cold-water fish oil from deep-sea fish has a high content of EPA and DHA fatty acids, linseed oil is a well-known source of omega-3 fatty acids with a high alpha-linolenic acid content.

Recommended use:
2 capsules daily

  • In the morning: Take 1 linseed oil capsule (green blister) with plenty of liquid.
  • In the evening after a meal: Take 1 cold water fish oil capsule (blue blister) with plenty of liquid.
