Description
The Roshi meditation cushion is excellent for beginners. The attached strap lets you easily transport it anywhere. The height is just right for holding the tailor or lotus position. It also lets you sit on your heels if you prefer. The removable linen/cotton cover can be washed after use. The cushion can also be replaced or refilled if necessary. To refill, open the zipper on the cushion. The cushion comes with a filling consisting of certified organic spelt husk.
