Description

Even inexperienced hands can turn this baking mixture into delicious bread! Just mix the dry ingredients with water to create a dough and shape it into beautiful baguettes! The careful combination of the natural ingredients ensures a delicious result. Vegan, sugar-free and homemade, the bread is the perfect side dish for lots of meals!

Tip: To make the baguettes crispier, moisten the baking paper with a little water before baking.

Instructions:

  1. Add the baking mixture and 450ml water to a large bowl and knead well by hand or with a suitable mixer.
  2. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough into your desired shapes.
  4. Knead the dough well, then let it rest for another 20 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Preheat the oven (electric) or the grill to 230 ° C.
  6. Coat the baking paper and loaves of bread with water to give them a nice crust.
  7. Score the baguettes several times with a knife.
  8. Bake at 230 ° C for 10 minutes, then lower the heat to 190 ° C and bake again for about 15 minutes. Then let the baguettes cool.
