Description

Amla is an ingredient in traditional Ayurvedic Chyavanprash or fruit puree. The Indian gooseberry is considered sacred and is said to have superfood powers. This Chyavanprash is produced according to a traditional recipe and is specifically tested for harmful substances before bottling.

Recommended use:

  • Enjoy 1-2 teaspoons of 8 g each (total 16 g daily) pure or with a little milk.

Tip:

  • Enjoy as a spread, in combination with ginger tea or with muesli or warm porridge.
