Description
The alkaline muesli combines various plant-based ingredients from controlled organic cultivation, such as buckwheat flakes, soy flakes, puffed amaranth, chia seeds and tigernuts. The balanced muesli is ideal for a nutritious start to the day. Serve it in the classic way with water or a plant-based drink and add toppings as desired.
Preparation:
Mix 1 portion (45 g) with 150 ml of cold or warm water or unsweetened plant drink (e.g. almond drink) and let stand briefly to allow it to thicken and absorb the liquid.
Garnish with fresh fruit and nuts as desired.
