Description
Zen Sleep offers a combination of specific amino acids and nutrients in a balanced formula for the late hours of the day. The capsules contain Suntheanine® L-Theanine, an amino acid derived from green tea, as well as gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). The formula is complemented by L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) and vitamin B6 in its active form as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P). Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Additionally, it also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. These vegetarian capsules offer a combination of high-quality ingredients that is effective without any added melatonin.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid about 30 minutes before bedtime, or follow your doctor's recommendation.
